Shipping & Handling
PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP.
International orders (OUTSIDE OF CANADA AND THE USA): Your tracking email will contain two tracking numbers, one from America to your country, and another from your country to your delivery address. Kindly monitor both tracking numbers.
Parcel arrival time:
Parcel arrival time depends on which method of shipping you have selected at checkout, shipping times will be offered to you once you input your address information!
Cancellations
If we have not yet printed your shipping label and/or shipped your order, we can provide you with a refund within the first 3 (three) hours after your order has been placed. Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled.
Refused Parcels
If the customer refuses a parcel upon delivery (notifies the postal driver they no longer want it) Lemora Cosmetics is not responsible for refunds or replacements. Refused parcels are disposed of at the post office, and not returned to Lemora Cosmetics. As our products are cosmetic, they are set to be disposed automatically upon refusal.
Damages
Please report any damages to your package within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please attach any relevant photos or videos of damages and we will assist you with your order.
Returns
Due to the fact that Lemora Cosmetics products are cosmetics, we can not accept returns at this time due to hygiene concerns.
If there is ever a problem with your order, or if you have any questions about your product, please contact our customer service at lemoracosmetics@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you.
UNCLAIMED MAIL: please note if the post office holds your item at the post office, the customer is responsible for picking up the item. Lemora Cosmetics is not responsible for unclaimed packages returned to sender.
